The Revoltec 3-pin-to-4-pin converter/reduction cable incorporates a 3-pole Molex connection (CPU cooler, case fan, etc.) and a power supply plug (4-pin). The adapter makes it possible to operate a fan with 7 V instead of 12 V, thus reducing noise levels.
