Dekada Digital EOOD undertakes to use the client's personal data solely for the purposes provided for in these General Terms and Conditions. If the client has declared false information, this obligation is considered invalid.
We undertake not to disclose the client's personal data to third parties unless we have received explicit permission from him to do so, or the information must be provided to the relevant authorities under Bulgarian and European legislation.
We undertake to use the personal data you provide us only for the following purposes:
  • Processing a customer order
  • Statistical purposes, to improve the operation of the store
  • Administration and servicing the content of the store
  • Marketing purposes - if you have given your consent, to be notified of new products and promotions that may be of interest to you
After creating a customer profile, you will be given the opportunity to express your consent to receive information from the Dekada Digital store via e-mail, about products, promotions and special offers (from the menu of your profile). If you do not wish to receive any feedback from Dekada Digital store, please unsubscribe from the menu for editing your profile.
